Founder, Wolfson Private Wealth. A fee-only fiduciary firm serving families, founders, and professionals throughout Florida.
I founded Wolfson Private Wealth in 2021 with a single conviction: that families with serious wealth deserve an advisor whose interests are entirely aligned with their own — and whose attention is not split among hundreds of accounts.
Before founding the firm, I spent years in the wealth-management industry watching the same pattern repeat itself. Brokers calling themselves advisors. Hidden fees calling themselves “loads.” Sales contests calling themselves “research.” And, most frustrating of all, families who had been told for years that a 1% advisor fee was the price of entry — while paying another 1% in unseen fund expenses, trading costs, and tax inefficiency on top of it.
Wolfson Private Wealth was built to be the alternative. Florida-registered. Fee-only. No commissions. No revenue-sharing. No proprietary products. Just published fees and an institutional custodian.
I take a deliberately small number of relationships each year because the work I want to do — the work that compounds — cannot be done at scale. When you become a client, you work with me directly. Not an associate. Not a call center. Me.
Everything above is a matter of public record. You can verify the firm and me individually at adviserinfo.sec.gov — firm CRD 314416, individual CRD 6584857. If you are speaking with more than one adviser, look all of us up. It takes two minutes and it is the single most useful thing you can do before deciding.
Zach Wolfson owns and operates other businesses outside this firm, including insurance agencies that earn commissions on health and Medicare insurance. Wolfson Private Wealth sells no insurance, earns no commission on anything, and is paid only the advisory fee its clients pay it. The firm does not recommend that its clients buy insurance through those agencies, and any policy a client buys anywhere is outside this engagement and is never billed under it. These outside businesses take time and attention, which is a conflict worth knowing about. They are disclosed in Item 4 of Zach’s Form ADV Part 2B and Item 10 of Part 2A, which you can read at adviserinfo.sec.gov under CRD 314416.
Outside of the practice, I am a husband and father. My mornings before markets belong to the gym, and my weekends to whatever sport will still have me — competing is a habit I never outgrew, and I have stopped apologizing for it. I believe that a great client relationship can last thirty years if it is built honestly in the first conversation.
If that sounds like the kind of relationship you are looking for, I would welcome a conversation.
