We are a fee-only firm. That means we are paid by our clients, in clearly disclosed advisory fees on the assets we manage. We accept no commissions, no kickbacks, and no third-party compensation of any kind.
Our annual portfolio management fee varies between 0.50% and 1.00% depending upon the market value of your assets under our management, the type and complexity of the asset management services provided, and the level of administration requested. The fee is billed and payable quarterly in arrears, based on the average daily balance, and is deducted directly from custodied accounts at Interactive Brokers. Advisory fees are negotiable depending on individual client circumstances. There are no setup fees, performance fees, surrender charges, or commission overrides. Complete fee information is set forth in our Form ADV Part 2A and in each client’s executed advisory agreement.
